Season Registration 2025 Information and registration

Pre-season training will start Tuesday 4th February 2024. Training will be two nights a week at. Coaches will advise specific allocated days and times for each team. Please review - the Member Information Booklet along with all the relevant policies.

Registration & Fees Summary

Registration Process:
Step 1: Register with Football Victoria via the Football Australia website (www.playfootball.com.au/register). Follow the guide for correct registration.

Deadlines:
- Registration Deadline: 6 March 2025
- Payment Deadline: 24 April 2025
- Non-Payment Consequences: Players who haven't paid by 24 April won't be able to participate in the competition starting on 27 April and won't receive their kit.

What Your Fees Cover:
Player Kit (includes):
  - Away top
  - Home top or Goalkeeper top*
  - 1x socks
  - 1x shorts
  - Child jumper
  - Backpack
*Dedicated Goalkeepers ONLY will receive a Home Goalkeeper top and may choose either the player home or away top (preference for away top).

Player Presentation Night Ticket ($35 value)
Player End of Season Trophy
All aspects of football administration and club operations - including fixturing, competition rules, referee scheduling, player dispensation requests, and club support services.

Family Discount:
- Family discount applies only when all children are paying full fees.
- The youngest child will pay the full fees, and any subsequent children in the same family can apply for the family discount.

Financial Assistance:
- The club offers **payment plans** and financial aid for families facing hardship. Contact the club by 6 March 2025 for assistance.

Refund Policy:
- Cancellations require written notification within 7 business days of registration.
- Refunds are only available under exceptional circumstances and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

In2Sport Brimbank Subsidy Program:
- Financial assistance for Brimbank residents covering 75% of membership fees (up to $200).
- Eligibility: Must live in Brimbank, be aged 6-18, and have not received funding in the current year.
- Application Dates: Priority applications open on 27 January 2025; general applications on 17 February 2025.
